Here you can withdraw online from a contract you concluded with us at a distance. The function is available throughout the entire withdrawal period and does not require signing in.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded in the course of business activity. Important: this form is only for withdrawing from contracts for paid Services and purchases of COINS concluded directly with the Operator. It does not cover sale contracts concluded between users themselves (for example the sale of a car, goods or property through a listing) — the Operator is not a party to those; in such a case contact the other party directly.
When purchasing COINS, your right of withdrawal is retained for COINS you have not yet spent. We calculate the refund in the same way as the settlement under clause 3.5 of the T&C: when services are paid for, COINS credited free of charge (bonus, promotional or compensatory) are spent first and, only once these are exhausted, the purchased COINS, taken successively from the oldest purchase to the most recent one. For each purchase we refund the number of unspent purchased COINS multiplied by the unit price of that package, the unit price being the price paid for the package divided by the number of purchased COINS in it (bonus COINS are not counted). At the same time as the money is returned, we remove the corresponding COINS from your wallet so that you do not keep both the money and the credit: only COINS credited by the payment being refunded are removed, and only to the extent corresponding to the amount refunded — first the purchased COINS and then the bonus COINS credited with the same purchase. COINS you have already spent in the meantime are not clawed back and your wallet balance never falls below zero. For a service whose immediate provision you expressly requested, the right expires upon its full performance, and if you withdraw while it is being provided you pay the proportionate part of the performance already supplied.
You may also withdraw by any other unequivocal statement sent by post or email. You may use the model form, but its use is not mandatory.

After withdrawal we will refund all payments received no later than 14 days from the day the notice is delivered, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the refund.
