Withdrawal from contract
Here you can withdraw online from a contract you concluded with us at a distance. The function is available throughout the entire withdrawal period and does not require signing in.
Who can withdraw
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded in the course of business activity.
When purchasing COINS, your right of withdrawal is retained for COINS you have not yet spent; we will refund the proportionate part of the price for the unspent credit. For a service whose immediate provision you expressly requested, the right expires upon its full performance, and if you withdraw while it is being provided you pay the proportionate part of the performance already supplied.
Other ways to withdraw
You may also withdraw by any other unequivocal statement sent by post or email. You may use the model form, but its use is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal
After withdrawal we will refund all payments received no later than 14 days from the day the notice is delivered, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the refund.
