Listings submitted by users are published only after approval by a natural person. We do not use automated tools that would independently and definitively decide on the removal of content, on restricting its display or on cancelling an account. Automated procedures are applied only in two narrowly defined cases: sorting and ranking listings in the results, and temporarily withholding a rating from publication under the rules set out in the terms and conditions; a rating withheld in this way is always reviewed by a natural person. Grounds for restricting visibility or removing content include in particular a breach of the terms and conditions, spam, fraudulent or misleading content, prohibited items or duplicate content. Whenever content is restricted, suspended or removed, we provide the user concerned with a statement of reasons and information on the possibility of lodging a substantiated objection by e-mail at support@24sellio.eu; the objection is assessed by a natural person.
