If you have found content on the portal that you consider illegal, tell us here. Anyone can submit a notice and no sign-in is required.
Under clause 5.3 of our terms and Article 16 DSA, a notice should contain a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is illegal, the exact electronic address (URL) or other indication of where the content is located, the name and e-mail address of the person submitting it, and a statement of good faith.
We will confirm receipt of the notice without undue delay. The matter will be assessed by a natural person. We will inform both the person who submitted the notice and the user concerned of the decision, the reasons for it and the redress available. If we use automated means in the assessment, we will say so in the reasoning.
A decision may be challenged by a reasoned objection to the operator, by a complaint to a digital services coordinator — in the Slovak Republic this is Rada pre mediálne služby, Palisády 36, 811 06 Bratislava, www.rpms.sk — and by bringing a claim before a court.
You can also send a notice by e-mail to support@24sellio.eu
